I build technology that changes how people learn, and I research how to keep images secure.
I'm an AI-Driven EdTech Architect, DevOps Team Lead and Associate Professor at SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), with 15.3+ years across academia, full stack engineering and research.
WHAT I'VE BUILT
I've designed, developed and deployed 28 educational platforms, including LMS, real-time programming labs, circuit simulators, ERP and online assessment systems. Across 115 released versions, they have reached 6,14,000+ learners. At SRMIST's Directorate of Learning & Development, I lead the DevOps team behind SRM eLab (4.2 lakh+ users) and SRM eCurricula. I manage CI/CD pipelines, VMware ESXi / Proxmox virtualization and zero-downtime deployments at institutional scale.
RESEARCH
My research focuses on Visual Cryptography, Visual Secret Sharing and Image Security, especially for medical and IoT image transmission. I hold a Ph.D. from Anna University and completed postdoctoral research at King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia, on Securing IoT Communications with Visual Cryptography. I've published 38 papers (27 Scopus-indexed, 11 WoS-SCIE) in journals including Scientific Reports, IEEE Access and PeerJ Computer Science. I supervise PhD scholars at SRMIST and review for the Imaging Science Journal (Taylor & Francis), Journal of Internet Technology and Journal of Autonomous Intelligence.
